The code can be used both in our online store and at our physical retail locations.

All of our fragrances belong to the Parfum (or Extrait de Parfum) category, with a concentration of fragrance oils starting at 25% and, depending on the composition, often reaching even higher levels.

Unlike typical Eau de Toilette (5–15%) or Eau de Parfum (15–20%), Parfum offers greater intensity, a richer composition, and exceptional longevity.

Every MINE fragrance is conceived and produced in Italy, with most of the production process taking place in our workshops in Naples.

We are not an industrial manufacturer. We are an independent fragrance atelier where molecular innovation meets traditional craftsmanship.

From the maturation of the fragrance to bottle filling and label application, every bottle passes through the hands of our artisans, ensuring rigorous quality control and meticulous attention to every detail.

At MINE Perfume Lab, we understand that choosing a fragrance online is not always easy. For this reason, we offer the possibility to return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

• The packaging must be complete and in its original condition.

• Any security seals must remain intact.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
