Return Request

Returns are free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

After the first 14 days and up to 30 days from delivery, returns are still accepted; however, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Sample Sets are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition, with no visible signs of use. Up to 2 test sprays are permitted solely for fragrance evaluation purposes.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will approve the return and issue a refund using the original payment method.

If the return request is submitted within 14 days and approved, a prepaid return label will be provided free of charge.

For return requests submitted between the 15th and the 30th day after delivery, the product must be shipped at the customer's responsibility and expense to the following address:
