Delivery of Products and Related Costs

Purchased products are processed within 2 business days from the date of the order and are shipped to the address provided by the Customer within 24–48 hours after order preparation by Mine Perfume Lab GR.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed on the Website before the completion of the Order.

Mine Perfume Lab GR reserves the right to accept or reject shipping requests outside Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. For shipments outside these countries, delivery times and costs may vary.

Delivery times are indicative. Any delays or partial shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify:

• that the number of packages matches the shipping note

• that the packaging is intact and undamaged

Any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the courier.

Any issue regarding the integrity or completeness of the order must be reported within 7 days from delivery.

Purchase Method

Available products are those displayed on the Website at the time of the order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final product.

To complete an order, the Customer must provide their details and accept the Terms and Conditions.

To request an invoice, a specific request must be made during the order process.

Order confirmation is sent via email.

The Customer is responsible for verifying their details and promptly informing us of any corrections.

Payment Methods

PayPal
Customers may complete their payment via PayPal.

Credit / Debit Card
Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Mine Perfume Lab GR does not have access to or store any card details.

Bank Transfer

• The order number must be included in the payment reference

• Products are reserved for 3 days

• Proof of payment must be sent to: customers@mineperfumelab.gr

• Orders are shipped after payment confirmation

Cash on Delivery (available only in Greece)
Cash on Delivery is available exclusively for orders within Greece.
The Customer must provide accurate shipping details and have the exact amount available upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery, without providing any reason.

The product may be returned:

• within 30 days

• with a maximum of 2 sprays used

• in its original packaging

In case of returns after 14 days, shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Sample Set products are non-returnable.

Return Conditions

To request a return, the Customer may complete the dedicated return form.

The product must:

• be intact and complete

• be in its original packaging

• have been used only for testing (max 2 sprays)

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• the product has been used beyond the allowed limit

• the packaging is not intact

• parts or contents are missing

Responsibility for the return shipment (damage or loss) lies with the Customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

Mine Perfume Lab GR reserves the right to delay the refund until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
