1.1 The contract between ADOREMAR E.E (hereinafter “Mine Perfume Lab GR”) and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Mine Perfume Lab GR.

1.2 By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms.

1.3 These Terms may be stored or printed in accordance with applicable legislation.

2. Purchasing Process

2.1 The products available for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of the order.

2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

2.3 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1 All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase.

For shipments within Greece, shipping is free.

For shipments to Cyprus and Bulgaria, the shipping cost is €9, unless promotional offers or special conditions apply.

For orders of 2 or more products, shipping is free.

Available shipping options and final costs are always displayed before completing the order.

4.2 Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

4.3 The Customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery.

4.4 Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
