Product delivery and related costs
Purchased products will be processed within 2 business days from the date of the order and will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order, within 24-48 hours of the order being prepared by Mine Perfume Lab GR, at the cost specifically stated on the Website prior to completion of the Order.
Mine Perfume Lab GR reserves the right to accept or reject requests for shipments outside the Greek and Cypriot borders. In any case, for shipments outside Greece, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
Place of shipment:
Mine Perfume Lab GR, Agias Sofias, Geor. Stavrou 11, Thessaloniki 546 23 Greece.
The delivery times stated by Mine Perfume Lab GR are purely indicative and any delay in relation to them, as well as the possible delivery through successive shipments, do not give the Customer the right to refuse receipt of the order or to demand compensation.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer must check:
• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the shipping note.
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered in any way, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the number of packages or order details must be noted immediately, with a relevant note on the product delivery note, which will be returned to the carrier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date, in accordance with the procedures set out in this document.

CYPRUS
Road missions (7-10 working days): FREE
Express shipments by air (2-3 working days): 7 euros (with 2 products + 80€ minimum order).

Orders & Payments
How to Buy
1. The products available for sale by Mine Perfume Lab GR are exclusively those that appear on the mineperfumelab.gr website at the time of submitting the Order, as described on the corresponding information pages.
2. In any case, the images accompanying the description of a product are intended solely for informational purposes and may not fully depict its characteristics, e.g., due to differences in color or dimensions (which may be affected by the browser or screen used to access the Website and view the images).
3. To submit an Order, the Customer must fully complete the relevant form found on the Website and send it, after carefully reading the Terms and Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product or products he wishes to purchase.
4. If the Customer wishes to issue a tax invoice, he must explicitly request it from Mine Perfume Lab GR when ordering, in accordance with article 8 of Law 4308/2014.
5. The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Mine Perfume Lab GR via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
6. The confirmation message briefly includes the purchase terms, in accordance with applicable law, as well as the information entered by the Customer in the Order, so that he can check them and, if necessary, immediately report any corrections.
Payment Methods
6.1 PayPal
The Customer may use the PayPal system for payment, according to its specifications.
6.2 Credit Card
For purchases made with a credit card, the transaction will be processed through Shopify Payments' secure server.
Under no circumstances and at any stage of the payment, Mine Perfume Lab GR will have access to information regarding the Customer's credit card, as this is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction.
Mine Perfume Lab GR does not maintain a record of this data and, therefore, bears no responsibility for any fraudulent or abusive use of credit cards by third parties during payment.
6.3 Bank Transfer
In case of purchase by bank transfer, the bank information for payment will be displayed.
The Customer must indicate the order number in the justification.
The products will be held for a maximum of 3 days from order confirmation.
The Customer is invited to send the payment receipt to the address customers@mineperfumelab.gr
The order will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed and the amount has been successfully credited to our bank account.
6.4 Cash on delivery
In case of a cash on delivery purchase, the Customer should carefully verify the shipping address, including the following details: telephone number, street, postal code and any areas/regions, in order to ensure rapid delivery and avoid delays or downtime of the shipment at the warehouse.
The Customer is also required to have the exact amount in cash available upon delivery, in order to complete the transaction quickly and efficiently.

Right of withdrawal
1. According to article 3e of Law 2251/1994, as amended by Joint Ministerial Decree Z1-891/2013, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without being obliged to provide justification and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

The product may be returned intact (max. 2 sprays) and in its original packaging up to 30 days from receipt. However, in the event that the return exceeds 14 days, the return costs are borne exclusively by the Customer.

Note:

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Mine Perfume Lab GR within the specified deadlines, by mandatory completing the following form: Return request .
  
  For parcels sent from Greece and Cyprus, the shipping address is as follows:
  Mine Perfume Lab GR, 26th October 10, 54627, Thessaloniki, Greece.
  2. The product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (bags and boxes), stored and possibly used only for the time strictly necessary to verify and confirm its characteristics, nature and scent, in accordance with normal care, without signs of wear or dirt, and in accordance with the conditions listed below. For this purpose, the customer may only carry out a max. 2 sprays.
  3. The right of withdrawal applies to the complete product purchased. Withdrawal is not possible for only part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, additional parts, etc.). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, having been used for max. 2 sprays (including packaging, any documents and accessories: labels, cards, tags, seals, etc.).
  4. Any customs costs, if any, for the return of the product will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
  5. In case of damage to the product during transport, Mine Perfume Lab GR will inform the Customer, in order to immediately file a complaint with the selected carrier and receive the corresponding compensation. The product will be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
  6. Mine Perfume Lab GR will not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss that may occur during or due to the return shipment of the product.
  7. Mine Perfume Lab GR will proceed to refund the full amount already paid by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days of exercising the right of withdrawal, through a chargeback procedure, using the same payment method that the Customer had used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  8. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. Mine Perfume Lab GR may suspend the refund until it receives the returned product or until the Customer proves that he has correctly sent the product back, if this happens earlier.
  9. In any case, the Customer loses the right of withdrawal in cases where Mine Perfume Lab determines that:

The product has been used for more sprays than the exclusively permitted (max. 2 sprays).
• The returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact.
• The product is missing its outer packaging and/or its inner original packaging.
• The product does not include all necessary parts or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, caps, lack of liquid, etc.).                                                

In the event that the right of withdrawal does not apply, Mine Perfume Lab GR will return the product to the sender, charging him with the shipping costs .

If the amount has already been refunded, Mine Perfume Lab will charge the Customer the value of the product again.
