General Terms of Sale

1. Acceptance of the general terms of sale and conclusion of the contract

1.1 The contract concluded between ADOREMAR EE (hereinafter referred to as Mine Perfume Lab GR) and the Customer (i.e. the natural person who makes the purchase from the Website and which is not related to his commercial, business or professional activity) is considered to be completed with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Mine Perfume Lab GR. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Mine Perfume Lab GR will immediately inform the Customer.

1.2 By submitting an order through the available methods and in accordance with the order form provided on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Order”), the Customer declares that he has taken note of all the information provided to him during the purchase process and that he fully accepts these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).

1.3 These Terms may be printed or stored on a durable medium, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection (art. 4 par. 9) and Presidential Decree 131/2003 (art. 8 par. 1).

2. How to Buy

2.1 The products available for sale by Mine Perfume Lab GR are exclusively those that appear on the Mine Perfume Lab GR Website at the time of submitting the Order , as described on the corresponding information pages.

2.2 It is noted that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not accurately reflect the characteristics of the product, as they may differ, for example, in color or dimensions (due to the settings of the browser and the screen used to access the Website and view the images).

2.3 The Customer, in order to submit an Order , must fully complete the corresponding form provided on the Website and send it, after carefully reading the Terms , as well as the characteristics of the product or products he wishes to purchase. Furthermore, if he so wishes, the Customer may request from Mine Perfume Lab GR the issuance of a purchase invoice, in accordance with article 12 of Law 2859/2000 and article 39 of Law 4172/2013 regarding the issuance of an invoice.

2.4 The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Mine Perfume Lab GR via a reply email, which is sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This message briefly includes the terms of purchase, as provided by applicable law, as well as the information entered by the Customer in the Order , so that he can check them and, if he finds any errors, immediately request the necessary corrections.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1 The prices listed on the Website include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or additional payment charges are disclosed in advance to the Customer via the Website or these Terms.

3.2 The available payment methods are as follows:

(i) PayPal
The Customer can make the payment through the PayPal system, following the procedures provided by this specific platform.

(ii) Credit card
In case of purchase by credit card , the transaction is carried out through the secure S
hopify payments server .

Mine Perfume Lab GR does not have any access to the Customer's credit card details at any stage of the payment. The data is transferred via a secure connection directly to the banking institution that manages the transaction. Furthermore, Mine Perfume Lab GR does not store this data and, therefore, bears no responsibility for any fraudulent or abusive use of credit cards by third parties during payment.

(iii) Bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer , the bank information for the deposit will appear during the purchase process. The Customer must indicate the Order number in the justification. The products will remain reserved for up to 3 days from the confirmation of the order (it is recommended to send the payment receipt to customers @mineperfumelab. gr ). The order will be executed only after confirmation and successful crediting of the amount to our bank account.

(iv) Cash on delivery

In case of payment by cash on delivery , the Customer must carefully check the shipping address, including details such as street number, postal code and any districts, in order to avoid delays or returns of shipments to the warehouse. In addition, it is recommended to prepare the exact amount in cash upon delivery, so that the transaction can be completed quickly and efficiently.
The cash on delivery service costs €3 and ACS receives an extra €1.20. Total cost for the customer: €4.20.

4. Product delivery and shipping costs

4.1 Purchased products will be processed within 2 business days from the date of order and will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in their order within 24-48 hours of preparation of the shipment by Mine Perfume Lab GR . The shipping cost is specifically determined on the Website before the order is submitted.

  • For shipments within Greece, shipping is free.

  • For shipments to Cyprus, road shipping is free.

  • The cost of express shipping to Cyprus is 7 I ship via courier (with 2 products + 80€ minimum order).

4.2 The delivery times indicated by Mine Perfume Lab GR are indicative . Any delay in delivery or sending the order in different shipments does not entitle the Customer to reject the receipt or request compensation .

4.4 Upon delivery of the products, the Customer must check:

  • That the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the shipping document .
  • That the packaging is intact , without damage, moisture or alterations (including sealing means, such as adhesive tapes or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging or product or discrepancy in the number of packages must be noted immediately on the receipt document and reported to the carrier.

Problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with the instructions in this document.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1 In accordance with article 3e of Law 2251/1994 , the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without justification and without any charge , within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products and, consequently, from the purchase contract .

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must complete the following return form: Return request .

5.3 In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to Mine Perfume Lab GR within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submission of the withdrawal.

  • For all returns from Greece and Cyprus , the shipping address is: 26th October 10, Thessaloniki, Postal Code: 54627, Greece.

Products must be returned intact , with all their accessories and in their original packaging (including bags and boxes), in a way that allows the examination of the nature, characteristics and aroma of the product, without visible signs of wear or dirt .

The return terms include:

  • The right of withdrawal applies to the entire product and not to individual parts (e.g. accessories, supplements, etc.).
  • The product must be intact and in its original packaging , including all accompanying items (e.g. labels, tags, seals, etc.).
  • The product may be returned intact and in its original packaging up to 30 days from receipt. However, in the event that the return exceeds 14 days, the return costs are borne exclusively by the Customer.
    During the first 14 days, return costs are covered by Mine Perfume Lab GR.
  • The shipment of the returned product is the responsibility of the Customer , until receipt is confirmed by Mine Perfume Lab GR .
  • In case of damage during transport , Mine Perfume Lab GR  will inform the Customer, so that he can claim compensation from the transport company. The product will be returned to the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be canceled .
  • Mine Perfume Lab GR bears no responsibility for any damage, theft or loss of products during return transportation .

The Customer is solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

5.4 Mine Perfume Lab GR  will refund to the Customer the amount already paid , minus any additional shipping costs , in accordance with article 3e, paragraph 3, of Law 2251/1994, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submission of the withdrawal. The refund will be made by canceling the initial payment , using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5.5 The Customer is not charged any costs for the refund process. However, Mine Perfume Lab GR reserves the right to delay the refund until:

  • To receive the returned product , or
  • To receive proof of shipment from the Customer.

5.6 The right of withdrawal does not apply if Mine Perfume Lab GR determines that:

  • The product or its accessories are not in perfect condition .
  • The product is missing its original outer or inner packaging .
  • The product does not include essential components or accessories (e.g. caps, tapes, security seals, etc.).

In case of rejection of the withdrawal , Mine Perfume Lab GR will return the product to the Customer , charging him the shipping costs and, if a refund has already been made, will demand the refund of the amount .

6. Guarantees

6.1 All products sold by Mine Perfume Lab GR are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month guarantee for lack of conformity, in accordance with article 5 of Law 2251/1994. In the event of a defect, the Customer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal. To benefit from the guarantee, the Customer must retain the invoice or proof of payment , as well as the shipping document .

6.2 The warranty for defects of conformity applies provided that the product has been used correctly , in accordance with the use for which it is intended , and based on the instructions for use and maintenance provided with the product.

6.3 In the event that Mine Perfume Lab GR cannot repair or replace a product covered by warranty or if its repair or replacement is excessively costly , the company may choose to:

  • Offer a proportional reduction of the price paid by the Customer, or
  • To refund the entire amount paid, proceeding with the termination of the contract .

6.4 If the application of the warranty requires the return of the product , the Customer must return it in its original packaging , complete with all accompanying parts (including packaging, documents and accessories).

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1  The personal data collected when submitting the Order will be processed by Mine Perfume Lab GR exclusively for the execution of the contract, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019, as well as the privacy policy found on the website. Any other use of the data will only be made with the express consent of the Customer.


9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

9.1 This Sales Agreement and its execution are governed by Greek law, and in particular by the Civil Code, Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection), as well as the applicable legislation on electronic commerce (Law 3471/2006 and Presidential Decree 131/2003). The application of the rules of private international law and the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention 1980) is expressly excluded."

9.2 The Courts of Thessaloniki will be competent to resolve any dispute arising from this contract.

10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution – ODR Platform

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the Customer has the right to resort to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
