The code can be used both in our online store and at our physical retail locations.

All our fragrances fall into the Parfum (or Extrait de Parfum) category, with a concentration of aromatic oils starting at 25% and potentially even higher depending on the composition.

Unlike standard Eau de Toilette (5–15%) or Eau de Parfum (15–20%), Parfum offers greater intensity, a richer composition, and exceptional longevity.

Every MINE fragrance is created and produced in Italy, with most of the production process taking place in our workshops in Naples.

We are not an industrial manufacturer. We are an independent workshop where molecular innovation meets traditional craftsmanship.

From fragrance maturation to filling and labeling, every bottle passes through the hands of our artisans, ensuring strict quality control and absolute attention to detail.

At MINE Perfume Lab, we know that choosing a fragrance online is not always easy. For this reason, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

• The packaging must be complete and in its original condition.

• Any security seals must remain intact.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
